Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to conduct a motor vehicle management business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu, as prescribed by the Motor Vehicle Management Act.

Nevertheless, on September 30, 2016, the Defendant did not register the motor vehicle management business with the head of Gyeyang-gu Office, and conducted the unregistered motor vehicle management business at the front of the king-si 128-gil, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-gu, B in color the upper right door of the BNegi Motor Vehicle, and received KRW 80,000 at the repair cost.
