1. The defendant is KRW 5 million for plaintiffs A, B, C, D, E, and F, respectively, and KRW 5 million for plaintiffs G, H, I, J, K, K, L, M, N, P, Q, Q, R, T, and U.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant is a person who operates the Love Care Hospital in Yongcheon-cheon (hereinafter “instant hospital”), and V was receiving medical care protection from the instant hospital according to the long-term care contract concluded on June 26, 2012 between Plaintiff F and the Defendant, one’s own child.
B. V was a senior citizen of the age of 72 at the time of 2012, and there was symptoms of Gindo dementia.
In addition, more than before being hospitalized at the instant hospital, the hospital was hospitalized due to cerebral le from March 27, 2012 to April 12, 2012, and was hospitalized. On May 14, 2012, another date, and thereafter, the hospital was hospitalized from May 14, 2012 to June 26, 2012.
C. At around 12:20 on August 6, 2012, V went out of the instant hospital through an emergency door, and went out of the hospital without return. D.
The plaintiffs, including V's children, filed a report of disappearance to the police and carried out large-scale search operations in neighboring reservoirs, camping areas, etc., but the police did not find V, and distributed flas cards and leaflets containing V's pictures in neighboring areas, and endeavored to find V by making a missing advertisement to the police agency in 2014 or requesting a report to the Social Security Examination in 2015, but there is still no discovery of V's life or whereabouts.
