Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2016, the Defendant made telephone conversations with a person in distress (one name C) in his/her residence located in Daegu-gu Office B, Daegu-gu, and agreed to receive 1.2 million won in return, if he/she lent two physical card under the name of the Defendant to the person in distress. On the same day, the Defendant sent Kwikseter service articles who sent the above name to the article in distress, one physical card connected to the national bank account (D) in the name of the Defendant, one check card connected to the bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant, and two physical cards, such as one check card, connected to the Korean bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant. The Defendant sent the above French to the article in question, respectively, the Defendant informed the password of the above physical card to the Kakao x.

Accordingly, the Defendant promised to pay the price, and lent the approaching media.
