1. As to the Plaintiff, Defendant Saturdays S&S Sus Ltd., the amounting to KRW 62,973,060 and its amount from January 1, 2010 to January 1, 2013.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 7, 2008, Seoul metro set the construction period of C&C (hereinafter “instant construction”) from July 9, 2008 to September 1, 2009 to the Defendant Ildo Information and Communications Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Ildo Information and Communications”), and the Defendants’ labeling omitted the entry “stock Co., Ltd.”).

(Then, on August 20, 200, the above construction cost was increased by 13,41,00 won in design modification, reduced by 23,738,771 won in design modification on December 22, 2009, and 20,542,519 won was reduced by 20,542,519 won due to changes in insurance premiums, occupational safety and health management expenses, etc. on December 31, 2009, and finally determined by 1,041,841,493 won.

On July 10, 2008, Defendant Ildo Information and Communication subcontracted the instant construction work to Defendant B, Defendant B, and Defendant Eando Newcom on July 28, 2008, and Defendant Eando Newcom on August 12, 2008.

C. At the end of August 2008, the Plaintiff accepted the pipeline distribution process among the instant construction works from Defendant Saturdays Sknb Said, and around that time, agreed to receive an amount equivalent to the amount of the construction cost increased due to the increase in the construction cost and the modification of the design, in consideration of the price fluctuation in the design, when the instant construction cost will be changed to a design change or a price fluctuation, the Plaintiff agreed to receive the payment from Defendant Ildo Information and Communications (67% of the construction cost due to the change of the design that the Defendant Ildo Information and Communications received from the Plaintiff, the ordering person of the instant construction work), among the construction cost increased due to the increase in the construction cost and the modification of the design.

In addition, the amount equivalent to 67% of the increase in the construction cost recognized by the Seoul metro to Defendant Ildo Information and Communications according to the change in the design of the instant construction project is KRW 35,840,910, and the construction cost adjusted according to the price fluctuation is KRW 13,41,00.

E. On the other hand, the Plaintiff’s Republic of Korea (hereinafter “Defendant”) did not comply with this Opinion.
