Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a vehicle Bk5 vehicle.

1. On June 3, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driving the said vehicle without obtaining a driver's license on June 14, 2020 and driving the said vehicle to turn to the left at the left from the Myeon to the Myeon of D elementary school in Ansan-si.

Since there is an intersection, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the steering and steering system to those engaged in driving of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in neglecting the above duty of care and suspended on the crosswalk at the bed bank, and was driven by the victim E (E, South and 41 years old) who was in the atmosphere of the signal, with the part of the front part of the said car.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks due to such occupational negligence.

2. On the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Defendant driven the said k5 vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front day of the “H elementary school” road located in Ansan-gu G to the front day of the 1.8 km-gu, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Ansan-si.
