Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The name "D" in the name of "2014 Highest 143" means the acquisition of money by means of receiving money under the pretext of money such as the cost of issuing a surety insurance policy, stamp, etc. by deceiving victims as if he/she acted in collusion with telephone financial fraud assistance officers with whom the name is unknown and would cause a loan.
