As the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
