1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver underground floors among buildings entered in the indication of attached real estate;

(b) 9,160,000 Won;

Reasons

1. Grounds for claim;

A. B on April 26, 2012, the Defendant leased the underground floor of KRW 5 million of the lease deposit and KRW 800,000 of the rent per month to the Defendant, among the buildings indicated in the indication of attached real estate. The Plaintiff succeeded to the lessor’s status.

B. From January 2016, the Defendant did not pay a rent to the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff was in arrears as of December 26, 2016, totaling KRW 9.1.6 million, and the Plaintiff terminated the said lease on the grounds of overdue rent.

C. Therefore, the Defendant shall deliver the above underground floor to the Plaintiff, and shall pay 9.16 million won in arrears as of December 26, 2016 and 880,000 won (including surtax) per month from the following day until the delivery of the above underground floor is completed.

2. Full acceptance of the claim for conclusion (a judgment without pleading: Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
