The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall provide a fee job placement service to the head of a Si/Gun/Gu without registering the branch office of a Special Self-Governing Province.

Nevertheless, on April 4, 2016, the Defendant did not register with the competent authority, and registered the business operator (service business, type, nursing) with the trade name "D" (service business, type, nursing) from that time to October 2017, and provided the Defendant with books, office-use computers, telephone, and other facilities in the Defendant’s residence, i.e., e., 106 Dong 803 and 1606 Dong 1205 and 1205 Silsan-si, in order to send the nursing person to the requesting place upon the request of the nursing from the patient’s guardian, etc., and received a fee of KRW 70,000,000 per month from the nursing person, and received a fee of KRW 70,000 per month.

Accordingly, the defendant provided a fee job placement service without registration.

Summary of Evidence

1. The defendant's legal statement (as at the date of the second public trial, in the case);

1. Service rules, photographs of places of business, list of G hospital members, list of H hospital members, list of account members, details of account transactions, and copy of business registration certificate (D) shall apply;

1. Penalty of one million won to be suspended;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act (100,000 won per day) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 59 (1) of the Criminal Act (including the first offender, the fact that the error is divided, the circumstances leading to the instant crime, and the fact that the registration has been completed as a paid job placement business) of the suspended sentence;
