On February 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 00:22, at the 194 terminal public parking lot via the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu New Distribution, damaged property worth approximately KRW 902,00,000 of the repair cost for the shuttlers by forcing the shuttlers to enter the direction of the exit of the above parking lot.
