Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was the actual operator of the “D gas station” in Kim Jong-si from July 2005 to December 2, 2007, and was the actual operator of the “F gas station” in Kim Jong-si from February 2007 to December 2007.

During the period from July 1, 2005 to May 29, 2007, the Defendant purchased tax-free petroleum from fishermen in cash with the Kim Jong Fisheries Cooperatives and the fishing industry cooperatives, with a view to selling a certain amount of profit in cash to oil distributors or other gas stations and evading income tax and value added tax.

The Defendant, from July 2005 to December 2005, purchased gasoline and duty-free diesel from fishermen in D’s above “D gas station” in total amount of KRW 1,024,198,182, and sold them in total of KRW 1,249,840,90,90 and omitted sales declaration, thereby evading value-added tax of KRW 124,984,091 and income tax of KRW 18,051,418 and KRW 18,418 from that time, from June 2007 to June 2007, the Defendant evaded total value-added tax of KRW 558,304,90 and KRW 90,687,563, total amount of income tax of KRW 648,92,4727,4727, total amount of KRW 647,927,77,00 from that time.

The defendant, "2016 Highest 192, the defendant," committed a charge of forging the resident registration certificate under another person's name, and attempted to leave the Republic of Korea with a passport issued, on the grounds that there is concern that the defendant will be bound by the investigative agency to initiate an investigation into the suspicion of tax evasion.

On June 4, 2007, the Defendant forged official document: (a) around 14:00, the Defendant 1 million won in cash and two copies of a resident registration certificate in the Gangnam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City distribution-dong (one name G) at each ticket office located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City distribution-dong; and (b) requested the forgery of the resident registration certificate; and (c) G is attached with the Defendant’s photograph by the date, time, and place in an irregular manner.
