All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of all the charges of the defendant, although the defendant conspireds with the defendant A (the misunderstanding of facts and the improper sentencing) and the defendant alone, or the defendant knew the victim C with the name of debt collection expenses or loan funds, there is an error of law of misunderstanding of facts. 2) The sentence of the decision of the court below on the improper sentencing (two years of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

B. The judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of the fraud among the facts charged against the defendant although the defendant Eul (the misunderstanding of facts, the misapprehension of legal principle, and the improper sentencing) was not guilty in collusion with the defendant Eul and did not deceiving the victim C and acquired money from the above victim as a debt collection expense.
