Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 04:50 on July 14, 2016, the Defendant driven a Crash car under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.175% from the section of approximately 1.5km to the road in front of the bus stops in the 121-lane, which is located in the 121-lane, from the roads front of the 121-lane, a citizen of the city of Speaker, to the 561-lane of the same city.
