1. The Defendant shall start on October 1, 2015 with respect to the Plaintiff A’s KRW 13,000,000, and KRW 12,000,000 to the Plaintiff B, and each said money.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On October 19, 2014, Plaintiff A agreed to pay KRW 13,000,000 to Plaintiff A by April 30, 2015.

B. On July 10, 2010, Plaintiff B leased a restaurant located inside and outside the Dratium and paid KRW 12,000,000 to the Defendant as a security deposit.

After that, Plaintiff B returned the above restaurant to the Defendant, and the Defendant agreed to refund the above lease deposit to Plaintiff B by April 30, 2015.

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. Pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015), each part seeking money exceeding the rate of 15% per annum out of the plaintiffs' damages for delay is dismissed.
