Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 22, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol on February 22, 2015, went to the back seat of the victim C (the age of 44) driving in the vicinity of the Kumdo market located in the Busan, and used the victim to take the back seat of the building located in the Busan, Daegu, Busan, on the same day at around 22:15, on the same day, on the ground that the victim again asked the destination of the Defendant, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to read “the head of the victim who is driving the said taxi at a knife, knife, knife, knife, knife, knife, knife,” and assaulted the victim by taking the victim’s right shoulder by hand once.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.
