B과 피고인 A은 위 H 업 장을 임차하고 그곳에 발 칸 게임기 30대, 고 빙고 게임기 20대, 타 잔 비긴 즈 게임기 20대, 멍텅구리 게임기 10대 등 총 80대의 게임기를 설치한 후 게임 장을 운영하며 손님들이 취득한 점수를 10,000점 당 10,000원으로 환산하여 현금으로 환전해 주고 영업이 끝난 후 게임기에서 수금을 하여 정산 업무를 하고, 피고인 C는 게임 장 청소 및 손님들의 잔 심부름을 하였다.
