Punishment of the crime

On June 18, 2017, around 13:50, the Defendant entered “D”, which is the birth of the victim, who was aware of the fact that the victim C(21 years of age, n, n) was in the same way as the other male and female, in front of the Sinsan-dong B 1138 of the Sinsan-dong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, U.S., and opened the front door without permission, and intruded into the victim’s residence, such as drinking 5-6 times of the victim’s door.
