The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The Defendant did not commit the instant crime of interfering with and insulting the business of this case.

Nevertheless, the judgment of the court below convicting each of the facts charged of this case is erroneous by misapprehending the facts or by misapprehending the legal principles, thereby affecting the judgment.

2. Determination

A. In full view of all the evidence in the judgment below, since the defendant interferes with the business of the victim C as stated in the judgment of the court below and can sufficiently recognize the fact that the victim F and G were openly insulting, the above mistake of facts by the defendant is without merit.

B. In addition, according to the evidence of the judgment below, the defendant acknowledged the fact that the victim F and G stated that "the police officer can be seen as a bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, and we can see the law." The above expression used by the defendant constitutes an expression of abstract judgment or light-destructive sentiment that may undermine the social evaluation of the victims beyond mere criticism, claim, and point out that the above act of the defendant constitutes an insult in the crime of insult. The defendant's above behavior constitutes an insult, and the victim, the police officer, who was dispatched by the defendant after receiving a report of interference with his duties, expressed the above desire to return home to the defendant, so there is an unlawful infringement of rights alleged by the defendant.
