Examining the reasoning of the record, the court below was just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the defendant on the ground that all of the facts charged in this case constituted a case where there is no proof of facts constituting the crime, and there is no violation of the law of logic and experience and the principle of free evaluation of evidence or any violation of the relevant legal principles

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
