A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 22, 2013, at around 22:15, the Defendant: (a) was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for two years at the Jeju District Court on September 12, 2014 and became guilty by the Supreme Court on February 22, 2015; (b) filed a complaint with the victim, witness, doctor to issue a medical certificate, doctor to issue a false certificate of diagnosis; and (c) filed a false complaint with the investigative agency for the purpose of destroying the final and conclusive judgment of conviction by filing a criminal complaint with the victim of the said criminal case, witness, investigator; and (d) filing a false statement of accusation with the investigative agency for the purpose of destroying the final and conclusive judgment of conviction.
1. On March 22, 2015, the Defendant drafted a written complaint against C in Jeju Prison, which is located in Jeju Prison 51, the same paths.
The complaint was filed by C on November 22, 2013 without assaulting C at a D cafeteria on November 22, 2013, and C was assaulted by the complainant.
Since false reports have been made, the state time has been punished.

However, on November 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for two years at the Jeju District Court on September 12, 2014; (b) was dismissed on February 12, 2015; and (c) was convicted of having been dismissed by the Supreme Court of Korea on February 12, 2015; and (c) was not convicted of the Defendant on February 12, 2015.
Nevertheless, on March 24, 2015, for the purpose of having C receive criminal punishment, the Defendant sent the above complaint by mail to the Jeju District Public Prosecutor's General Public Prosecutor's Office, which is located on the five-lane north of the area south of the Republic of Korea at the time of proposal, and filed C with C by allowing the public official in charge of receiving civil petitions whose name is unknown on the 25th day of the same month to reach the above false complaint.
