1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. C’s traffic accident 1) C is the spouse of Plaintiff A, and Plaintiff B’s mother is the Plaintiff B’s mother. 2) C was driving a Daco-in vehicle (hereinafter “instant accident vehicle”) at a low time on December 14, 2014 (at around 10:0 am, it is unclear, but at a low time after 10:0 am, an accident occurred) and is proceeding from the area of the instant accident to the area of the extension and packing of the local highway 1099 to the southwest of the Do road (hereinafter “instant accident”).

B.
