1. The defendant shall pay KRW 30,973,592 to the plaintiff.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On August 5, 2015, the Plaintiff decided 100 million won to the Defendant on August 31, 2015 and lent the loan to the Defendant on August 31, 2015, and the Defendant is unable to repay the said loan by the said due date, 2% interest per month was paid.
B. On October 25, 2016, the Defendant repaid KRW 60 million among the above loans, and KRW 40 million on December 4, 2016, respectively.
C. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest equivalent to 2% per month on the above loans until the date of repayment.
