Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On October 26, 2015, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Ulsan District Court.

[Criminal Facts of Crimes] On August 23, 2019, the Defendant driven a e-learning car from the front side of Ulsan-gu B to D located in the same Gu C at approximately 50 meters under the influence of alcohol 0.092% of alcohol level around August 23, 2019.

Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice.
