A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 22, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) around 09:11, 201, the Defendant driven a Radon car without a driver’s license in the section of approximately 1km from around the 204-5, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, through a side-road of approximately 138-4, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, a long time from the Do in front of the 204-5, and is not divided into two lanes in front of the ladon.

2. The defendant is a person engaged in driving the relevant car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

Ultimately, even though the Defendant suffered injury, such as the fever of approximately four weeks of medical treatment, due to the above occupational negligence, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking measures, such as providing relief to the victim.

3. No motor vehicle owner who has violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on which no mandatory insurance has been subscribed.

The Defendant operated the car owned by the Defendant, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), as described in paragraph (1).
