[B] On December 3, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for perjury at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 1, 2015.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On December 5, 2015, around 23:00 on December 23: 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a mert flacis (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) purchase price at KRW 1.6 million, which is a medicine for fladic spirit, on the front of a flac restaurant with the trade name in the latter part of D elementary school located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (b) opened approximately 10 grams of a philopon contained in a plastic paper from E.

around 22:40 on December 14, 2015, the Defendant possessed approximately 9.4g of phiphonephones contained in vinyl at the K Hospital funeral ceremony parking lot located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangdong-gu.

2. The Defendant violated the Narcotics Control Act (marijuana) around 18:00, the date on December 2, 2015, laid off the pipe made of the marith (one minute) of the marith in the toilet of the building located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with the marith (one minute), and inhales the smoke generated by attaching the marith (one minute).
