1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 40 million to the Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from May 9, 2013 to December 21, 2018 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and arguments in subparagraphs A and 2, the Plaintiff may recognize the fact that on May 8, 2013, the Plaintiff lent KRW 40 million to the Defendant.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 40 million won with 5% per annum under the Civil Act from May 9, 2013 to December 21, 2018, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment.
The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning.
