Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. 재물손괴 피고인은 2012. 5. 9. 20:58경 성남시 분당구 C아파트 105동 1층 출입구에서 그 곳에 세워져 있던 피해자 D 소유의 자전거 때문에 통행이 불편하다는 이유로 오른발로 위 피해자 소유의 트랙 8000 자전거의 앞바퀴를 1회 걷어 차고, 같은 날 22:49경 위 장소에서 위와 같은 이유로 화가 나 오른발로 위 자전거의 앞바퀴를 1회 걷어차고, 그 다음날 09:23경 위 장소에서 위 피해자로부터 자전거를 걷어찬 사실로 항의를 받자 이에 화가 나 오른발로 위 자전거의 앞바퀴를 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the bicycle owned by the above victim to the extent that the repair cost of KRW 998,00 was 9.

On May 10, 2012, at around 09:27, at the places indicated in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) suffered injury from the victim D (year 24) by: (b) driving away from the victim D (year 24) who wants to walk a bicycle to go back to the house, as described in paragraph (1); (c) by attaching the victim’s right arms and necks back to the victim’s right arms and necks after the victim’s hand, etc.; and (d) thereby, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as the right shoulder, the right shoulder, the part adjacent to the back part of the road, etc., for which six weeks medical treatment is required.
