Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months and by a fine of 300,000 won, and by imprisonment with prison labor of two years and a fine of 300,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 29, 2013, the Defendants were sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for each crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the Changwon District Court's branch, and on July 17, 2014, Defendant A completed the execution of each sentence in the Gyeongdong Prison, and Defendant B completed the execution of each sentence in the Hadong Prison.

1. The Defendants jointly committed the crime, around 04:00 on July 18, 2015, discovered free gifts extracted from the victim F, installed at the street before the D University prior to the EMt, and Defendant A reported the network, Defendant B cut the locked of the said machine with the locked of KRW 100,000, cash owned by the victim in the said machine, and stolen the said machine from that time to December of the same year, as shown in attached Table 1, the sum of KRW 4,346,00,00 in total, from that time, 36 times in total, from that time, during the period of December of the same year, as shown in attached Table 1.
2. Defendant B
A. On October 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered and cut the free extraction machines managed by the victim I on the roads adjacent to the H theater located in Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, 2015; (b) cut off the locks of the said machines; (c) cut off cash of KRW 200,000, which is the victim’s possession in the said machines; and (d) stolen from that time, from that time to December 2, 201, the Defendant stolen the said machines with cash of KRW 567,00 in total nine times in total, as shown in Appendix 2.
B. On July 18, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) on and around 04:00 the Defendant’s residence, via the roads from the front of the J apartment in Busan-si to the front of the D University located in Busan-si, the Defendant, at around 10km to the above apartment road, drives a 49cc off-to-land bitbs without a motor device license from about 10km to the above apartment road, and thereafter, from that time until December 9 of the same year, 33 times in total, as shown in the list 3 of the crimes committed.
