【Criminal Facts】

Around 22:40 on January 2, 2020, the Defendant driven Dbenz car at approximately KRW 500 meters from the front side of the store near Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, the area of water source to the front side of the C Apartment-gu, Suwon-si, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.038% of blood alcohol level.
