around August 2014, the Defendant, who was divorced from B and B, had been aware of at the time of marriage life, connected Samsung Card ID and passwords to the Samsung Card website, and had a mind to view the details of the settlement of the card.

On December 19, 2014, around 09:24, around 18:47 of the same day, and around 22:08 of the same day, the Defendant without permission access to the above site by entering the Defendant’s ID and password on the Samsung Card’s website, using the Defendant’s handphone (D) at the Defendant’s home located in Jinju City C, 508 Dong 506, on three occasions in total.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on the information and communication network without access authority.
