Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a driver of BMW 520d passenger car.

On March 1, 2017, the Defendant, around 04:50, operated the said car directly at the seat of Daegu Tol University, at the seat of the police box located in Busan Metropolitan City C, to the front of the D restaurant.

There is a duty of care to accurately operate the steering system, brakes, and other devices of the vehicle, while the driver of any motor vehicle has a duty of care to not drive the motor vehicle at a speed or in a manner that may cause any danger and obstacle to others according to the traffic situation of the road and the structure and performance of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was negligent in proceeding so far, and was parked on the right-hand side of the fenz CSz ls63 AMG car owned by the victim E ( South, 34 years old) who was parked on the right-hand side of the mama course.

The Defendant, as seen above, destroyed the above-mentioned damaged vehicles to have an amount equivalent to KRW 75,971,636, without any measure, left the scene.
