A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a low-speed car B.

1. On July 10, 2020, the Defendant, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (not in the event of an accident) with respect to a C SP car, was driving the said low-est car at around 22:32 on July 10, 202, and stopped by signal in front of Pyeongtaek-si D.

At the time, there were nights, and there were vehicles waiting to signal at all times, so there were duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the brake system to prevent those engaged in driving service.
