Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

The defendant shall pay 10,000,000 won to C who is an applicant for compensation.

Punishment of the crime

On December 16, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, which became final and conclusive on May 15, 2015, and is currently under probation.

1. The crime committed on June 18, 2016;

A. From around 02:00 to 03:00 on June 18, 2016, the Defendant: (a) parked DNA-low-income cars located in the vicinity of subway 2 lines in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which leased the Defendant’s wife’s name in the vicinity of subway 2 lines; and (b) was driven by the victim E, who was under the influence of alcohol, to 20,000 won around the Asan Station located in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.

In the vicinity of the sericultural sports complex, the Defendant identified the Defendant’s password by stating that “The charge shall be paid only in cash, and if it is not paid in cash, it shall be paid.” The Defendant identified the Defendant’s password by receiving one copy of Samsung Card from the victim.

On June 18, 2016, at around 03:22, the Defendant: (a) posted the Samsung Card and arbitrarily withdrawn KRW 700,000 from the short-term loan, and then stolen it on 18 occasions in total, as shown in the annexed crime sight table 1, in a cash withdrawal machine that manages the victim’s name in the vicinity of the G convenience store located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

B. In order to withdraw the boarding fee at the above date and place, the Defendant received one copy of the above Samsung Card from the victim and withdrawn the said money, and then destroyed and damaged the above card without returning it to the victim.

2. The crime on June 24, 2016;

A. Special larceny Defendant and H operated from June 23, 2016 to June 23:3:30 of the same day, to June 23:59 of the same day, the victim I, who was under the influence of alcohol in the street near subway 2, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, as Gangnam-gu. The victim I, who was under the influence of alcohol in the street near subway 2, as Gangnam-gu, was loaded into the passenger car, thereby receiving 30,000 won of charge

The defendant is a victim of the passenger car.
