1. The Defendant’s KRW 413,843,187 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from October 20, 2009 to June 27, 2014.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On June 2007, the Plaintiff was employed as a factory in C, operated by B, and worked as a factory site. On October 20, 2009, around 3 Yard Power Station C around October 20, 2009, while performing the repair work of the A-type 12-round portable bridge at C at the 3Yard Power Station site, the Plaintiff was placed in order to examine the connecting 7 tons of the D driving, which entered into a comprehensive motor vehicle insurance with the Defendant, using the 7 tons of the D driving, which entered into the said comprehensive motor vehicle insurance with the Defendant, and was close to the said mobile bridge.

In accordance with the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act, the Plaintiff was paid KRW 198,171,620 as temporary layoff benefits from October 20, 2009 to December 23, 2013 by the Korea Workers’ Compensation and Welfare Service, and the Plaintiff was paid KRW 267,364,438 as disability benefits (i.e., average wage of KRW 181,387 x 1474 x 1474 x 1474 x pension, which is calculated in a lump sum), and was paid as medical care benefits.

2. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. Each description of evidence Nos. 2 (including paper numbers) and witness D’s testimony, i.e., the following circumstances acknowledged by comprehensively considering the purport of the entire pleadings, namely, the mobile type of a bridge that was repaired in the instant case had a string connecting four support units under the weight of approximately 500 km with the weight of approximately 500 km and that is connected with the wheels on that string.
