Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2014, the Defendant sentenced 4 months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Drivers Violence, etc.) at the Busan District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 30th of the same month.
