1. 피고인 A, B - 『2015 고단 1456』, 『2015 고단 1484』 피고인 A는 ( 주 )J( 前 K) 의 실질적인 운영자( 명의 상 대표이사는 피고인의 弟夫 L) 이고, 피고인 B은 고양시 일산 서구 M 상가 101호에 있는 ‘N 공인 중개사 ’를 실질적으로 운영하는 사람이다.

From among co-owners on May 2004, AC’s maximum claim amount of KRW 450,000,000,000, and AI’s maximum claim amount of KRW 12,000,000 per square year.
