A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the performance of official duties; (b) obstructed the patrol vehicle on the way in front of the C branch of Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; (c) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to the police officer’s 112 report, and obstructed the police officer’s 112 report on the ground that the police officer rejected the call during the 112 report; and (d) stated that “I am feass, I am to come, I am to come, and I am to come, I am, I am, and I am to come to the front; and (e) obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties in relation to the police officer’s 112 report.”
