Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a dump truck.

The driver of a vehicle shall comply with a request from a relevant public official or a traffic restriction control officer to submit related documents in order to verify whether the restriction on operation has been violated.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on November 25, 2017, failed to comply with the request of the Defendant to submit a driver's license and a vehicle registration certificate, etc., which is related documents in Korea, in order to verify whether the Defendant violated the restriction on operation of dump trucks at a business establishment located in the Jung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, a business establishment located in the territory of the public corporation.
