Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 15, 2015, the Defendant, at around 12:00, filed a complaint on medical treatment in the D Jeong-gu Seoul and the first floor waiting room in Gangnam-gu Seoul, and sought the complaint, demanded compensation from the victim E (32 tax) who is the main agent in the management of the above hospital, but refused to provide medical treatment, and the Defendant was able to take a phomatic bath, and the Defendant was sculed with a large voice, and obstructed the victim’s business of the management of the waiting room by force by avoiding the disturbance between about 20 minutes.
