On August 6, 2016, at around 10:24, the Defendant driven BM5 car without a car driver's license from around 7.5 km to the front road of the death distance of the Korea National University Hospital in 123, as an installment savings of the same Do from around 9 to 16 Do, Seosan-si, Nowon-si.
