Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants asserted that they are the owners of the first floor underground of the D Building in Kunpo-si, and the victims E are operating call text from May 2010 to the point of view, asserting that they were lawfully possessed by leasing the first floor above the above underground from the owner on the registry, which is the true owner.

1. On January 9, 2014, the Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint destruction and damage, etc. of things), around 09:30, the Defendants, at the front of the said call text entrance, destroyed the said call text entrance by attaching and jointly combining the keys of the door of the call text, the market price of which is unknown to the victim for the purpose of intrusion into the said call text.

2. On January 9, 2014, the Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) destroyed the victim’s call text entrance, as described in paragraph (1), and entered the inside, and intruded into the room managed by the victim jointly.

3. On January 9, 2014, from around 09:30 to September 23, 2014, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the victim’s call text service by destroying the victim’s call text entrance, impairing the entrance, and occupying call text, correcting the entrance from the inside, thereby preventing customers from entering.
