1. The punishment of the defendant shall be determined by six months;

2.Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the father C (57 tax) of the victim B (15 tax) with intellectual disability 2 and the defendant living together from May 2017.

1. No person who violates the law of the branch of a child shall commit any physical abuse against a child or injure his/her physical health and development, or emotional abuse that may injure his/her mental health and development;

A. On February 9, 2018, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) demanded that the victim be sent to the facilities of the disabled; (b) at the place specified in paragraph (a) around 01:00, the Defendant sent the victim to the facilities of the disabled; (c) at the same time, the Defendant demanded that the victim be sent to the facilities of the disabled; (d) but, on the ground that C refused to do so, he/she took a brupted dispute with C, and (e) went away three times from the said residence.

As a result, the defendant committed emotional abuse against the victim, who is a child, causing harm to mental health and development.

On February 9, 2018, when the victim who was divingd in the place described in paragraph 1-A of around 07:0 on February 9, 2018, the Defendant came off on the ground that the victim did not rapidly occur, and reached the right hand of the victim and the right hand hand of the victim, and the left shoulder.

As a result, the defendant committed physical abuse while harming the body of the victim who is a child and undermining the physical health and development.

On February 22, 2018, at around 20:0, the Defendant living together with C himself/herself at the place specified in paragraph (a) of around 1, 2018.
