Punishment of the crime

On October 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in an Ansan District Court's Ansan Branch on October 19, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 15, 2017.

At around 01:20 on June 20, 2018, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of 100 meters E in the front of the Dropian street from the Do near C Middle School in Silung City B without the driver's license to the Dropian road in Silung City.
