On 2, 200:21 on 22, 2018, the Defendant driven a B-low-water vehicle with approximately 20 meters of alcohol level of 0.132% at around the entrance of the same parking lot at the Dong-dong located in Busan Dong-dong, Busan, to the front side of the same parking lot at the Dong-dong public parking lot.
