A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who is engaged in driving a cPoter 2 freezing vehicle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act (unclaimed Measures after Accidents).

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driven Cpoter 2 freezings while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.218% at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
