Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BMW car.
On January 21, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver's license, and driven the said car on a two-lane road near the river route located in the Heung-gu street in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, and proceeded with approximately 30 km each hour at a speed according to the said two-lane as the front section of the road.
