1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around 20:00 on December 6, 2013, the Defendant smoked in the way of a smoke by putting approximately 0.1g of marijuana 0.1g on a paper, in the FF car vehicle owned by E, parked on the street near the D University located in Kimhae-si C, and attaching approximately 0.1g of marijuana to a paper.

2. At around 18:00 on December 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use part; (b) delivered them free of charge in a manner of inserting approximately 0.03gs on the left part of H, and then in a way of injecting approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs into a single-use part; and (c) administering them at the same date and at the place as above, in a single-use injection machine with approximately 0.03g of opphone in a single-use injection machine, and then in a way of injecting them on their own arms after being melting them.

At around 19:00 on the same day as the above paragraph 2 above, the Defendant issued 5g of philopon, which is contained in the vinyl, to L, upon L’s request, and issued 1.8 million won for cash, to L with the name-free taxi engineer operating 5g of philopon on the plastic Shelon, and delivered the said money to L.

At around 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant issued approximately 0.03g of philopon to a single-use engine, in a manner of inserting approximately 0.03g of philopon on the left part of H, melting it into a single-use engine, and then injected approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use engine at the above date and at the above place, in a way of injecting it into a single-use engine, and taking approximately 0.03g of philopon into a new-use engine, and administering it into one’s arms after being injected into one’s arms.

5. On December 9, 2013, at around 17:30, the Defendant kept, and possessed, for the purpose of smoking, approximately 31.61g of marijuana, in his/her dwelling place located in the head of the West-si Kimhae-si, Otel 604.
