A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 7 million by the above court due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and a violation of Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Gangnam Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on May 30, 2013, and a person who is engaged in driving of B car with a fine of KRW 3 million by the above court on December 2, 2013.

On October 28, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle of the Defendant at approximately 3 kilometers in the direction of the Gangnam-si Cultural Center, from the street in front of the parking site of the “Gung-si Apartment-si Apartment-si apartment without obtaining a driver’s license” in the state of alcohol level of 0.14 percent among blood transfusions.
