On November 201, the Defendant, “B,” was a person who manufactured electronic equipment, and was supplied with 1,000 units of 2,00 won sales incentives per vehicle (the name of equipment: Marops, model name: AK100, type of equipment, and other information devices) without conformity assessment (registration). The Defendant developed and manufactured black boxes (the name of equipment: Marops, model name: AK100, type of equipment: other information devices) and supplied 1,00 units of equipment to D, a director of a stock company.
