3. On August 10, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter to the effect that a vehicle part is sold on the Internet BK’s website at the place indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article, and reported and contacted the said fact to the victim F, who sent the vehicle part to the new bank account (D). The Defendant received KRW 270,000 as the price for the goods from the victim on the same day.
